Terms & Conditions
PRIME SUPPLY DEPOT LTD | Company number 17537628
1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of [WEBSITE URL] (“Website”) and purchases made from PRIME SUPPLY DEPOT LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). The customer is referred to as “you”. Please read these Terms before placing an order. Separate policies linked on our Website, including our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, provide further details; where a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the law prevails.
2. Business and contact information
Legal name: PRIME SUPPLY DEPOT LTD

The registered office is our legal correspondence address and may not be a returns location. Please follow the return instructions provided by customer service.
3. Eligibility and account use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring that information supplied is accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised account use. We may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, fraud or security risks, subject to applicable law.
4. Products, descriptions and suitability
We aim to describe goods accurately, including material features, dimensions, compatibility and any applicable warnings. Images may be illustrative, and colours may vary depending on displays. You should check that products are suitable for their intended use, particularly where tools, fittings, electrical goods or installation components require specialist knowledge. Manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements must be followed. Nothing in this clause limits your rights where goods are not as described, satisfactory or fit for a purpose made known to us.
5. Availability and stock
Products and quantities displayed are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate remedy, including a refund for any unavailable item. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
6. Prices, VAT and promotions
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), unless clearly stated otherwise. The checkout will show the total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you place an order. We will identify any optional charges and seek any consent required by law. VAT is included in displayed consumer prices where applicable; VAT invoices are provided where required. Promotional offers may have stated start/end dates, eligibility criteria and exclusions. Any comparison or “was” price must be genuine and substantiated. Obvious pricing errors may be addressed before a contract is accepted, as explained below.
7. Placing an order and contract formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods. We will send an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order; this does not necessarily mean we have accepted it. A binding sales contract is formed when we send a separate dispatch confirmation (or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance). If we cannot accept an order, for example because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or there is a genuine pricing error, we will notify you and refund any payment taken without undue delay. We will not unreasonably withhold acceptance or use this clause to avoid legal obligations after a contract has been formed.
8. Payment and fraud prevention
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their separate terms. We may carry out proportionate checks to protect customers and our business against fraud and unauthorised transactions. We do not ask customers to email full card details. Payment processing and personal information are described further in our Privacy Policy.
9. Delivery
Delivery options, costs, service areas and estimated times are displayed on our Website or at checkout. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed as such. We will notify you of material delays and explain available options. For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify to receive them, except where the consumer independently arranges a carrier not offered by us.
10. Consumer cancellation rights for online orders
If you purchase as a consumer at a distance, you will generally have the right to cancel an eligible order without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately under one order, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item. Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including some goods made to your specifications, certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other exceptions provided by law. Any exception will be explained where relevant.
To exercise the right to cancel, send a clear statement of your decision to [CANCELLATION EMAIL] or use the model cancellation form in section 22. You may use the form but are not required to do so. It is sufficient to send the cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires.
11. Returns after cancellation and refunds
Following a valid cancellation, you must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us, unless we offer to collect them. We will refund the price paid and the basic standard outbound delivery charge (where applicable), but not any extra amount paid for an enhanced delivery service. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will reimburse without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold reimbursement until then where permitted. Refunds will normally use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without fees.
We will cover return costs where legally required, including where goods are faulty or misdescribed. Do not send returns to the registered office unless instructed.
12. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Consumer goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Depending on the circumstances, consumers may have a short-term right to reject within 30 days, or rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or final rejection. Within the first six months, a fault is generally presumed to have existed at delivery unless the trader proves otherwise or that presumption is incompatible with the goods or fault. Contact info@primesupply-london.com with your order reference and details of the issue. We may reasonably request photographs or an inspection, but will not impose requirements that remove statutory rights.
13. Manufacturer warranties and guarantees
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty or commercial guarantee, with separate terms and eligibility conditions. Such guarantees are additional to, and do not replace, statutory consumer rights. Any warranty claim process or registration requirement will be disclosed where relevant. We do not promise manufacturer authorisation or warranty coverage unless confirmed for the specific product.
14. Business-to-business purchases
If you purchase wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, you may be treated as a business customer and some consumer-specific protections, including the standard distance-selling cancellation right, may not apply. Any distinct B2B pricing, credit arrangements, delivery obligations or return terms must be expressly agreed before purchase. Nothing here excludes liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, and any limitations of business liability are subject to applicable law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 where relevant.
15. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or maintenance. We cannot guarantee that the Website will always be available or error-free.
16. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website content, branding, design, text and other materials are owned by us or licensed to us. Product and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the Website and make reasonable personal-use copies, but must not reproduce or exploit content commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
17. Reviews and user submissions
If you submit a review or other content, it must be lawful, truthful and not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant content in accordance with applicable law. If reviews are displayed, we should explain our review verification and moderation practices on the Website. Submission of a review does not waive your data protection rights.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Nothing affects mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies. We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by applicable consumer law. We do not exclude liability for losses where doing so would be unfair or unlawful. For consumers, we do not ordinarily accept responsibility for purely commercial losses arising from purchases made for private use, subject to applicable law.
19. Privacy and cookies
We handle personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies, including choices where applicable, is provided in our Cookie Policy.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The version displayed at the time an order is accepted will ordinarily govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed. The “Effective date” at the top identifies this version.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in another part of the UK retain any mandatory protections applicable to them. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law. If you have a complaint, contactinfo@primesupply-london.com first so we can attempt to resolve it. We will provide information about any alternative dispute resolution scheme where legally required or where we agree to use one.
